NINTH CIRCUIT DISMISSES AIDS ORIGIN “FULL DISCLOSURE” LAWSUIT
San Fransisco, Calif. - In a not so unexpected move the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco dismissed the AIDS ORIGIN appeal of AIDS and Human Rights Activist, Boyd Ed Graves, J.D. The Court held that Graves failed to properly serve the former U.S. Attorney General and that the District Court had a right to refuse a new case, although the lower court dismissed the original complaint without prejudice.
“We will file another Freedom of Information Act request with the National Cancer Institute (NCI) for the missing progress reports of the U.S. Special Virus program (1962 – 1978)," Graves said earlier today.
“Progress Reports #’s 14 and 15, representing the years 1977 and ’78 have been removed by Deputy Director, Dr. Alan Rabson, who is also listed as a ‘developer’ of HIV/AIDS (the Special Virus)," Graves said.

Progress reports #’s 14 and 15 represent the ‘end reports’ of a federally funded virus development program that ended just as HIV/AIDS began. According to the experts, any review of the U.S. Special Virus program will solve and end AIDS. See, www.boydgraves.com/comments/.
